Люди всегда стремились покорить небо. Сначала это была мечта романтиков, а сегодня развитие авиации идет семимильными шагами. Самолеты стали таким же рядовым транспортом, как автобус или поезд.

Сегодня, 9 февраля, отмечается День работника гражданской авиации в России. Этот праздник имеет фиксированную дату. Именно в этот день в 1923 году в России официально появился воздушный флот. Сам праздник утвердили в 2013 году. Тогда вышел Указ президента, который и закрепил дату.

В 1923 году было создано общество добровольного воздушного флота, получившее название «Добролет». Он фактически стал первой авиакомпанией нашей страны. С плакатов гремели лозунги: «Тот не гражданин СССР, кто «Добролета» не акционер». К агит-кампании перо приложил и Маяковский, а логотип общества нарисовал авангардист Казимир Малевич.

Первым маршрутом, по которому могли отправиться авиапассажиры, стала воздушная линия «Москва — Нижний Новгород» протяженностью 420 километров. Взлетел самолет с Ходынского поля в июле 1923 года. И если сегодня лайнеры взмывают на высоту в 10 км, то тогда летчик Яков Моисеев поднялся лишь на 200 метров. Кстати, время в пути занимало семь часов.

Гражданская авиация всегда была и остается важнейшей составляющей единой транспортной системы РФ.

В свой профессиональный праздник принимают поздравления все российские пилоты, бортпроводники, технические работники отрасли, благодаря которым в воздух ежедневно поднимаются сотни самолетов по всей стране.
